Jingle Bell Run – Christmas 2012

Jingle Bell RunI can honestly say that I just don’t get the whole marathon running thing.  I know there are so many out there that are there to raise money for great causes and I commend each and every one of you who choose to run in them.  But….for the life of me, I have yet to experience the joy of running.

Okay, well, that’s my rant for the day, but its not about ME its about YOU.  The Dallas Love Field Ramada Hotel would love to show you a great time this holiday season.  Call us now for reservations and we’ll help you find just the right “running” or “walking” or “sitting” event to suit YOUR style.

If running for a great cause really is something you are interested in, then you won’t want to miss the Jingle Bell Run on December 19th, right here in Dallas.  Get those bells ready for the 2012 Dallas Jingle Bell Run benefiting the Trinity Strand Trail and the Mavericks Foundation.  The event is a family-friendly, dog-friendly event with lots of festivities, fun and food.

There is a 1 mile fun run/walk beginning at 6:30 p.m. and for those who want to work off some of those holiday treats we’ve all been eating, there is a 5K race beginning at 7:00 p.m.  All of the races begin and end at the Hilton Anatole.  There will be a party afterward with food, drinks and music by the Ray Johnston Band, so it will be a great night filled with fun for all.

We are really getting excited here at the Dallas Love Field Ramada Hotel.  Christmas is just around the corner and the weather finally decided to cooperate.  Not that I want it to ice or snow, but these colder temperatures make it even easier to get into the holiday spirit.  We would love to share some holiday time with you and your family.  Call us now for reservations and ask us about our Christmas specials and lower winter rates.
